📋 Description

• The AI Implementation Manager at Ema Unlimited, Inc. is a pivotal role responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery and stabilization of Ema’s Universal AI Employee platform — a production-grade agentic AI system that automates complex enterprise workflows. This role ensures that AI solutions are not just demonstrated but reliably deployed, scaled, and maintained in real-world production environments, transforming brittle manual operations into measurable business outcomes.
• You will serve as the technical and operational anchor during implementation, bridging customer needs with Ema’s engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to translate business workflows into feasible, scalable agentic AI systems while de-risking integrations, data quality, and scale challenges under pressure.
• Ema is a fast-growing, remote-first enterprise AI company founded by veterans from Google, Coinbase, and Okta, backed by top-tier investors, and operating at the frontier of responsible, scalable agentic AI delivery with teams in Silicon Valley and Bangalore.
• You will develop rare expertise in production-grade AI implementation — learning how to stabilize complex multi-agent systems post-go-live, establish delivery discipline, and define industry standards for how enterprise AI is responsibly shipped, not just demoed.
• You will own delivery from design alignment through production rollout and stabilization, ensuring all solutions adhere to Ema’s agentic architecture and platform capabilities while maintaining alignment with customer business objectives.
• You will develop deep fluency in customer business processes and constraints, translating them into feasible agentic AI workflows that balance technical viability with operational impact, avoiding over-engineering or brittle automation.
• You will provide technical oversight to anticipate failure points — including integration gaps, data quality issues, scaling bottlenecks, and edge cases — without being the primary builder, acting as a force multiplier for engineering teams.
• You will act as the primary delivery liaison for both customer IT and business stakeholders, coordinating seamlessly across Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, and Value Engineering to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making.
• You will coach teams and stakeholders during high-stress implementation phases, reducing chaos by fostering calm, clear communication, and structured problem-solving when systems encounter real-world pressure.
• You will track and report progress using outcome-adjacent metrics and adoption signals — not just feature completion — to demonstrate tangible business value and inform stabilization efforts.
• You will provide day-to-day delivery leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting shared standards, clear ownership, and disciplined execution practices that elevate the entire implementation function.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, implementation management, or program leadership roles within enterprise technology environments
• Proven experience delivering complex, customer-facing enterprise systems beyond pilot stages — with demonstrated success in production, scale, and accountability
• Hands-on exposure to AI or automation systems in production, including familiarity with agentic AI, workflow orchestration platforms, or enterprise automation tools
• Strong technical judgment and experience stabilizing systems post-go-live under real pressure, with ability to anticipate and mitigate integration, data quality, and scale risks
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and customer IT teams to align technical delivery with business outcomes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, and enterprise integration patterns (e.g., REST, webhooks, middleware)
