  • • As the AI-Native Founding Account Executive at Valsoft Corporation, you will own the full sales cycle for a new cloud-based SaaS product in enterprise IT lifecycle management, turning early traction into a repeatable revenue engine by building pipeline from scratch and defining the commercial playbook that scales the business.
  • • Day to day, you will run end-to-end deal execution including prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close; build pipeline through targeted outbound, events, partnerships, and personal network leverage; navigate complex buying committees in enterprise and public-sector organizations; and land net-new logos across higher ed, healthcare, and adjacent verticals.
  • • You will be part of a remote-first team backed by permanent capital and built-in distribution through an established customer base in regulated markets, with a product that has a clear platform expansion path and direct access to sales leadership as the business grows.
  • • In this role, you will learn how to leverage AI tools and automation to drive outbound volume, build AI-powered workflows for prospecting and personalization, analyze customer conversations for buying signals, and refine ICP, positioning, and talk tracks based on real market feedback—positioning you to shape the GTM motion and lay the foundation for a future sales team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–10+ years in B2B SaaS sales with full-cycle closing experience
  • • Proven ability to create pipeline and close deals—manufacturing demand, not just managing inbound
  • • Experience selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and procurement processes
  • • Active, demonstrated use of AI tools in your sales workflow—not aspirational, real
  • • Builder mindset: high ownership, structured execution, comfort in ambiguity
