AI Operations & Automation Manager - Europe/LaTAM

📋 Description

• • As AI Operations & Automation Manager at Storyblok, you will own the optimization of the Operations (finance and people teams) application stack and assume end-to-end ownership of the finance-specific tech stack, driving process excellence through AI and automation.
• • Day to day, you will identify and implement automation opportunities using AI, RPA, and machine learning; optimize AI toolchains; manage risk via predictive analytics; support month-end close and financial reporting; own and configure finance tools like NetSuite, Sigma, Spiff, Yokoy, and Deel; ensure data integrity and backups; support ISO 27001/SOC 2 audits; train Operations teams; and collaborate with the HRIS Manager to improve HR systems efficiency.
