- • AI Operations Engineer at Sevaro Health, a physician-led AI-powered virtual neurology and telestroke company dedicated to improving stroke care access in rural and underserved communities through its Synapse AI platform.
- • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and operational teams to assess workflows, design and deploy AI-powered tools (automation, data pipelines, analytical solutions), and iterate based on real-world feedback to drive efficiency gains.
- • Serve as the dedicated AI partner across departments, facilitating discovery sessions, co-developing solutions with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and clinical workflows.
- • Define KPIs, build dashboards and reporting tools, maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities, and champion an AI-first culture by building team confidence and fluency with new technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of direct experience in AI optimization, operations, data science, or data analytics with demonstrated real-world application.
- • Experience working within a healthcare organization (clinical operations, health IT, health tech) with understanding of healthcare environments.
- • Exposure to AI/ML tools, data pipelines, workflow automation, or analytical platforms and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
- • Strong analytical thinking to break down complex operational problems into clear, actionable solutions.
- • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- • Proactive, self-directed work style with a track record of taking initiative and delivering results on tight timelines.
