- • As a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer at Zillow Group, you will originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing, guiding borrowers through the home financing process while ensuring compliance and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
- • You will work within one of two specialized lending teams: a high-volume, lead-driven, phone-based environment focused on rapid conversion, or a consultative, market-based model centered on building long-term partnerships with Zillow Preferred Agents and local professionals.
- • You will leverage Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems, and data-driven tools to manage your pipeline, meet productivity metrics, and collaborate with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure efficient loan movement.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow your career within Zillow’s FinTech division, combining mortgage expertise with innovative technology and brand strength to reshape the home financing experience while working remotely from Oklahoma.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions
- • Active NMLS license or equivalent federal bank licensing, including completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passage of the SAFE MLO Test
- • Physically located and working remotely from Oklahoma
- • Proven success in either a high-volume, phone-based sales environment or an agent-centric referral model
- • Proficiency with CRM, loan origination systems (LOS), and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
