Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As an AI Operations Specialist | Enablement at Ramp Business Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s mission to become the most productive organization in the world through applied AI. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and enablement, where you will not only deploy AI-driven solutions but also cultivate an AI-first mindset across non-engineering teams. Your work will directly impact how Ramp’s 50,000+ customer companies manage over $100B in annualized spend by empowering internal teams to leverage AI instinctively in their daily workflows.
- • You will deploy dozens of AI-powered automations and copilots across focused non-engineering teams such as Sales, CX, Finance, Risk, and HR within 6–12 months, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes. Your day-to-day includes mapping complex business workflows, building and orchestrating automations using low-code/no-code platforms like Gumloop, n8n, Notion, Cursor, and ChatGPT plugins, and integrating them with internal systems via APIs and scripting. You will measure the impact of these initiatives through custom dashboards, rigorous QA checks, and continuous iteration based on user feedback to drive >90% active adoption among hundreds of Ramp employees.
- • Beyond implementation, you will serve as a catalyst for cultural change by seeding an AI-native mindset across the organization. This involves identifying and coaching internal “AI champions,” developing reusable templates and best practices, and embedding AI-enabled workflows into team norms through engaging training sessions and clear documentation. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand operational challenges and deliver rapid, high-impact solutions that reduce manual effort and increase decision velocity.
- • Ramp is a fast-moving, builder-centric culture where ownership, urgency, and slope over intercept are valued more than pedigree. You will join a mission-driven team that believes every ambitious company deserves access to smart financial infrastructure — and you’ll help extend that ethos to internal operations through AI. In this role, you’ll gain deep exposure to cross-functional business operations, advanced AI enablement strategies, and enterprise-scale workflow automation, positioning you as a hybrid operator who can translate technical capability into tangible business outcomes at high velocity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, BizOps, strategy, technical program management, revenue operations, or a closely related field.
- • Demonstrated experience using AI to build, ship, and transform work in prior roles — applied AI proficiency is essential, not theoretical knowledge.
- • Technical fluency with low-code/no-code and AI copilot tools (including Notion, n8n, Gumloop, Cursor, Claude Code), SQL, BI tools, APIs, scripting, and system integrations.
🏖️ Benefits
- • 100% medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for employees, with partial coverage for dependents, plus access to One Medical annual membership.
- • 401(k) plan with employer match, flexible PTO, fertility HRA (up to $10,000/year), parental leave, and unlimited AI token usage for personal and professional experimentation.
- • Additional perks include pet insurance, centralized home-office equipment ordering, health and wellness stipend, in-office meals and snacks, budget for intra-office travel, and relocation support to NYC or SF as needed.
