- • AI OUTBOUND SPECIALIST (C2 GERMAN-SPEAKING) – A high-impact, autonomous role driving growth through AI-powered outbound campaigns for two fast-scaling European technology products serving DACH-region retailers.
- • Own and run AI-driven outbound campaigns end-to-end: source and enrich leads using Clay, build and optimize sequences in Lemlist, maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce or HubSpot, and automate workflows via Make or Zapier — all focused on booking demos as the sole measurable outcome.
- • Join a lean, data-driven company at the intersection of logistics and e-commerce, where your success directly fuels growth — no cold calling targets, no manual spreadsheets, no layered approvals; just pure execution and iteration.
- • Develop deep expertise in AI-native outbound systems, master cross-border B2B engagement in German, and become a trusted operator in a global talent network of 25k+ professionals — with full autonomy and clear impact on revenue-critical outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • C2-level German fluency (non-negotiable) for running outbound campaigns independently
- • Proven hands-on experience with AI outbound tools such as Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, or equivalent platforms
- • Track record of driving measurable results in outbound campaigns, specifically focused on booking meetings or demos
- • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight, making fast decisions and owning outcomes
- • Fluent English (written and spoken) in addition to C2 German
- • 1–3 years of relevant experience in AI-driven outbound or growth automation (flexible for strong candidates with less experience)
