📋 Description

• Scale AI infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, GCP) to transition rapid prototypes into robust, scalable solutions for internal AI agents.
• Implement AI Gateways and integrate Okta to establish robust agent identity and security posture across non-human machine identities.
• Create and maintain agile testing and prototyping environments for evaluating new AI vendors, components, models, and integrations, with a clear pathway to production deployment.
• Develop and execute rigorous evaluation criteria for emerging AI technologies to ensure adoption of optimal tools for high-code agent environments.
• Function as a technical pivot point in a rapid R&D environment, collaborating closely with AI developers, Information Security, Identity, and enterprise architecture teams to align prototypes with organizational standards.
• Design and implement monitoring and telemetry solutions to trace complex agent workflows, tracking tool usage, latency, and LLM decision pathways for reliability at scale.
• Continuously monitor the evolving AI landscape to innovate and adapt platform architecture to support future AI capabilities and emerging threat vectors.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines tailored for agentic innovations, model deployments, and high-code AI workflows in partnership with DevOps teams.
• Apply knowledge of AI-specific security threats (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLMs) to implement runtime guardrails and secure AI systems at scale.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams to bridge gaps between AI developers, product managers, and infrastructure/security stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Python and TypeScript
• Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and REST APIs
• Proven experience building rapid cloud prototypes on AWS or GCP and translating them into scalable Terraform architectures
• Familiarity with identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC) and securing non-human identities at scale
• Track record of thriving in R&D or rapid prototyping environments with a focus on scaling experimental concepts
• Understanding of AI-specific threat vectors and runtime guardrails (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLMs)
