- • As an AI Product Engineer at Camber Group LLC, you will play a foundational role in shaping how AI is applied across products and internal workflows to improve healthcare accessibility and quality, directly supporting clinicians by reducing manual work and enabling better patient care.
- • You will rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered solutions, own problems end-to-end from ambiguous ideas to production systems, and build tools that automate workflows, support decision-making, and enhance both internal and customer-facing experiences using LLMs and other AI capabilities.
- • You will operate across the full stack — including backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and lightweight product surfaces — integrating AI reliably, observably, and cost-efficiently while developing reusable patterns and tooling to accelerate team-wide experimentation.
- • Camber is a mission-driven healthcare technology company backed by $50M from top-tier investors including a16z, Craft Ventures, and YCombinator, committed to transforming behavioral health through software that reduces clinician burnout and improves patient outcomes.
- • The company fosters a culture of psychological safety, humor, and deep commitment to impact, where improving healthcare accessibility is lived daily and employees are empowered to challenge norms and redefine how startups operate.
- • In this role, you will develop strong product and customer intuition, gain hands-on experience applying AI in real-world healthcare contexts, and grow as a generalist builder capable of navigating ambiguity, driving impact, and shaping the technical direction of AI adoption at a scaling health tech startup.
