Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for PhotoRoom’s self-serve SMB product experience, targeting e-commerce sellers on Shopify and other platforms, from ideation to feature launch and iteration.
- • Define and validate user problems before proposing solutions, partnering directly with designers and engineers to build intuitive, high-impact features that eliminate friction in visual content creation.
- • Translate cutting-edge AI model capabilities into tangible, shipped products by collaborating closely with AI researchers and engineers to align technical potential with user needs and business outcomes.
- • Conduct weekly user interviews with e-commerce sellers to gather direct feedback and embed real-world insights into product priorities and roadmap decisions.
- • Independently pull, interpret, and act on product data to form hypotheses, measure feature impact, and determine next steps—without relying on analytics teams to run queries or validate findings.
- • Drive measurable growth in ARR through the self-serve segment by focusing on user acquisition, retention, and pricing strategies tailored to small and medium businesses.
- • Operate with full autonomy in a remote-first, async environment, shipping high-quality work without oversight or scaffolding, and thriving in ambiguity with structured decision-making.
- • Demonstrate strong product taste by articulating design and functional decisions behind past launches, including trade-offs made and lessons learned from features that underperformed.
- • Build and lead a small, cross-functional squad focused solely on the self-serve product slice, shaping team structure, processes, and culture from the ground up.
- • Balance strategic vision with tactical execution, ensuring that every shipped feature delivers clear value to users while advancing business metrics like usage, retention, and revenue.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with the mechanics of self-serve B2B SaaS growth, including funnel optimization, onboarding flows, freemium models, and usage-based pricing.
- • Use AI tools like Claude daily to prototype ideas, automate routine tasks, and accelerate user testing—leveraging AI to enhance strategic output, not replace it.
- • Communicate clearly across distributed teams, aligning engineering, design, and research stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and success metrics in a fully remote setting.
- • Continuously refine the product vision based on real-time user behavior, market feedback, and competitive insights, ensuring the self-serve experience remains differentiated and compelling.
🎯 Requirements
- • Five+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping multiple B2B SaaS products with measurable outcomes
- • Proven experience building and scaling self-serve product experiences for SMB customers, including understanding of retention, pricing, and growth mechanics
- • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools like Claude daily for prototyping, automation, or user testing, with a focus on strategic direction over task execution
- • Strong data fluency: ability to independently pull, interpret, and act on product data to form hypotheses and drive decisions
- • Experience thriving in autonomous, remote-first environments with minimal structure and high ownership
- • Demonstrable product taste with specific examples of shipped work where attention to detail and user experience drove success
🏖️ Benefits
- • Compensation range of £95k–£110k per annum
- • Fully reimbursed monthly visits to the Paris office
- • Flexible working hours and remote-first culture
- • Extended parental leave policy
