📋 Description

• Build and extend AI agent platform capabilities by developing new tools, APIs, data connectors, and integrations that enable autonomous AI agents to perform tasks without manual intervention.
• Ship self-serviceable GTM tooling that allows non-technical users in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to create and manage their own AI-initiated LLM workflows.
• Partner directly with AI Product Managers to translate roadmap blockers into well-scoped engineering deliverables with reliable timelines and clear outcomes.
• Proactively identify and build reusable infrastructure components that accelerate multiple product workstreams simultaneously, increasing team-wide efficiency.
• Own end-to-end reliability and observability for all systems you build, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response—no handoffs to separate ops teams.
• Demo completed work every Friday to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility across the 700-person GTM organization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership to align platform development with CEO-level priorities and company-wide strategic goals.
• Work with high autonomy and minimal oversight, taking full accountability for outcomes while proactively surfacing blockers before they impact delivery.
• Use AI coding tools as force multipliers to enhance productivity without relying on them as substitutes for engineering judgment or system design.
• Maintain strong written communication skills to produce clear specifications, async updates, and documentation that support cross-functional collaboration.
• Ship real, production-grade AI products on a weekly cadence, prioritizing velocity and impact over theoretical perfection.
• Focus on building systems that are used daily by enterprise GTM teams, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and directly tied to business outcomes.
• Design and implement data pipelines that connect AI agents with internal and external systems, enabling seamless automation across CRM, email, calendar, and collaboration platforms.
• Continuously improve platform capabilities by identifying gaps in agent functionality and translating user needs into actionable engineering initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience (strong internship and project portfolios considered)
• Demonstrated experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI APIs in a real product context—show us something that shipped
• Proficiency in Python; comfort picking up new frameworks quickly
• Experience integrating external APIs and building data pipelines
• Strong written communication—able to write clear specs and async updates
• Ability to work with high autonomy, minimal oversight, and surface blockers proactively

🏖️ Benefits

• Base salary range of $179,800–$258,500 USD
• Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation
