- • As an AI Product Manager at 7AI, Inc., you will serve as a critical bridge between cutting-edge artificial intelligence and cybersecurity innovation, designing and launching intelligent security products that empower organizations to proactively defend against evolving digital threats. This role is pivotal in transforming emerging AI capabilities into tangible, production-grade security solutions that address real-world vulnerabilities, making your work directly impactful in strengthening organizational resilience in an increasingly hostile threat landscape.
- • You will own the full product lifecycle for new AI-driven security features—from initial concept validation and rapid prototyping using AI coding tools like Cursor and Copilot, through technical feasibility assessment, cross-functional collaboration, and eventual production deployment. Your day-to-day will involve translating ambiguous security challenges into clear, actionable product requirements, leveraging internal threat intelligence and market signals to prioritize high-impact opportunities, and ensuring that shipped solutions balance security efficacy, performance, usability, and operational complexity.
- • You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, security researchers, and go-to-market specialists, acting as the product owner who drives alignment across functions to deliver cohesive, innovative outcomes. This includes partnering on agentic AI system design to automate internal workflows, contributing to the evolution of next-generation detection, response, and analysis capabilities, and instrumenting products with telemetry to enable data-driven iteration.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
- • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, or a hybrid role, including building AI-powered applications.
- • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) for prototyping, analysis, and product development.
- • Experience building systems that incorporate GenAI (e.g., LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, evaluation frameworks).
- • Proven ability to take products from concept to launch with a strong focus on user impact.
