- • Lead the strategic vision and execution of the People & Culture (P&C) AI Program, a critical initiative aimed at revolutionizing how GE HealthCare approaches its human capital management through cutting-edge digital-first capabilities.
- • Drive the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across the entire P&C function, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
- • Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy for P&C, ensuring alignment with the overarching P&C strategy, business priorities, and the company's vision for a healthier world.
- • Manage and oversee programmatic efforts to equip the P&C team with advanced AI tools and technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- • Champion the increased utilization of AI in core P&C processes, including but not limited to talent acquisition and recruitment, employee engagement and retention, performance management, learning and development, and HR service delivery.
- • Guide and mentor program team members, empowering them to ideate, develop, and successfully execute AI use cases that directly address significant P&C challenges and unlock new opportunities.
- • Collaborate closely with P&C Digital leadership to conceptualize, build, and deploy an AI agent strategy designed to automate and optimize P&C services and streamline complex processes.
- • Partner with senior leadership across the organization to define clear, measurable success goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) that will demonstrate the transformative impact of AI capabilities on the P&C function.
- • Work cross-functionally with various teams, including IT, data science, and business units, to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing P&C systems, workflows, and data infrastructure.
- • Maintain a proactive stance on staying abreast of the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and agentic AI to continuously refine and enhance P&C processes.
- • Lead and cultivate the growth of the AI Community of Practice within P&C, fostering knowledge sharing, collaboration, and the dissemination of best practices.
- • Drive effective communications and change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption and widespread acceptance of new AI tools and processes among P&C staff and the broader employee population.
- • Provide hands-on training, support, and guidance to P&C team members, empowering them to effectively leverage AI tools and technologies in their daily work.
- • Analyze complex datasets related to P&C operations, extracting actionable insights and developing data-driven recommendations to inform and shape P&C strategies.
- • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-related projects, from initial conception and planning through development, implementation, and post-launch evaluation, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to business objectives and quality standards.
- • Foster an environment of experimentation and learning, encouraging the exploration of new AI applications within P&C.
- • Contribute to the development of ethical AI guidelines and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations within the P&C context.
- • Act as a key liaison between the P&C function and the broader AI/technology landscape within GE HealthCare.
- • Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- • Contribute to the long-term roadmap for AI within the P&C function, anticipating future needs and technological advancements.
