• • Talent Acquisition Lead (USA) at Arago GmbH is a strategic role focused on owning end-to-end talent acquisition for US operations, directly partnering with the CEO and CTOs to attract and hire top engineering and scientific talent critical to Arago’s mission in AI and semiconductors.
• • Day to day, the person will run and close high-priority searches for senior technical roles across hardware, optical, software, and research; partner with leadership to define role scopes and hiring bars; build a proactive sourcing engine across the US while coordinating with European and Israeli hubs; mentor incoming recruiters; define and refine interview processes; and lead the broader People function in North America as the team scales.
