📋 Description

• • As the General Ledger Lead at Nabis Holdings, Inc., you will supervise a team of five offshore contractors while overseeing key financial processes such as month-end close, retailer AR reconciliation, and credit confirmation processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and performance while driving collaboration across internal departments and external stakeholders.
• • Day to day, you will directly manage and mentor a team of five Accounting Operations Specialists, oversee month-end close processes, manage retailer accounts receivable reconciliations, resolve escalated issues related to vendor payments and invoice generation, monitor team performance through key metrics, lead process improvement initiatives, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
