• • The Consultant – Clinical Performance Improvement (Emergency Department) role at BRG Communications LLC supports healthcare providers in enhancing clinical quality, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes through evidence-based performance improvement initiatives, with a specialized focus on emergency department performance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing organizational performance against industry benchmarks, supporting subject matter experts in workstream assessments and implementations, developing client-facing materials such as slide decks, leading performance improvement teams, independently managing project deliverables, and monitoring implemented solutions to provide timely feedback to senior consultants.
• • BRG’s Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice delivers end-to-end advisory services to healthcare clients across strategic, operational, financial, and clinical domains, partnering with providers, payers, and investors to drive sustainable growth through clinical quality optimization, AI enablement, and operating model transformation.
