• • As an AI Recruiter at Centific, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence. Your primary responsibility will be to attract and engage top-tier crowd talent from across the globe for our groundbreaking AI projects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions.
• • You will be joining Centific's AI Recruitment team, reporting directly to the Project Recruitment Manager. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in building and expanding the diverse and highly skilled workforce essential for supporting our rapidly growing AI initiatives. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver on complex AI projects and maintain our leadership position in the industry.
• • Your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities focused on talent acquisition and project support. You will actively engage with the One Forma crowd pool, a global network of contingent workers, to identify and attract qualified individuals for various AI-related projects. This involves proactive outreach and relationship building to ensure a consistent pipeline of talent.
• • A key aspect of your role will be conducting initial screenings of potential candidates. This screening process is designed to assess their suitability for different projects, ensuring that we are matching the right talent with the right opportunities. You will also be responsible for guiding candidates through the entire application and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from their first interaction with Centific.
• • You will collaborate closely with the Project Recruitment Lead to gain a deep understanding of specific project hiring needs. This involves staying informed about project timelines, technical requirements, and desired candidate profiles. Your insights and suggestions will be valuable in refining our recruitment strategies and improving overall recruitment processes and workflows.
• • To ensure efficiency and effectiveness, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate outreach activities. This includes tracking recruitment funnel metrics, monitoring hiring performance, and documenting key interactions. You will be expected to provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, clearly communicating recruitment progress, highlighting any challenges encountered, and proposing solutions.
• • Upholding compliance and best practices is paramount. You will ensure strict adherence to all relevant local labor laws and Centific's internal recruitment policies. This includes maintaining the confidentiality and data security of all candidate information throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, safeguarding sensitive data at all times.
