- • As an AI Scout - Sr Software Dev Engr at CSG Systems International, you will design and build complex AI-driven solutions using AI Agents, GenAI, and MCP technologies to enhance CSG’s product portfolio and deliver scalable, high-performance software systems.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include architecting AI solutions with attention to cost, performance, and accuracy; integrating AI into CSG products; developing full-stack applications; applying CI/CD DevOps practices; mentoring junior developers; optimizing system performance; and leveraging AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Glean.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience designing and building complex solutions using AI Agents, GenAI, MCP, and related AI techniques
- • Experience in full-stack development from user interfaces to servers and databases
- • Demonstrated experience mentoring and guiding junior developers, including code reviews and technical coaching
- • Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Glean
- • Expertise in AWS Cloud environments and CI/CD DevOps practices
- • Strong expertise in multiple programming languages and deep knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices
