- • Distyl AI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Strategist to spearhead technology solutions within the Healthcare vertical. This pivotal role involves driving the Go-To-Market (GTM) process for healthcare clients, managing engagements from initial contact through to deal closure. The primary objective is to generate revenue and expand new customer acquisition by leveraging an AI-centric approach to diagnose complex customer challenges. You will design and implement data-driven, AI-enabled strategies that deliver tangible outcomes, clearly demonstrating the immediate value of AI adoption to prospective clients. As an integral member of Distyl’s Healthcare GTM Team, you will operate in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, rapidly developing compelling demos and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions that effectively showcase the capabilities of the Distillery platform to potential healthcare partners.
- • In this role, you will operate at the critical intersection of business strategy and AI implementation, acting as a crucial bridge between Distyl’s advanced AI technologies and the business objectives that secure new partnerships. Exceptional communication and persuasive storytelling abilities are paramount, as you will be the key advocate for AI transformation within client organizations. This position demands a hands-on approach, requiring you to actively prototype workflows using the Distillery platform, build functional demos in an accelerated timeframe, and collaborate closely with healthcare subject matter experts (SMEs) such as clinicians, case managers, and claims analysts. This collaborative effort ensures that the designed solutions directly address and resolve real-world operational pain points within the healthcare sector.
- • This is a high-ownership opportunity designed for individuals who excel at the confluence of AI strategy, data analytics, and practical execution. You will play a foundational role in building the GTM engine for an early-stage AI company, contributing significantly to its growth and success from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include driving the AI solutioning process throughout the entire pre-sales lifecycle for healthcare deals. From the initial discovery phase to the final deal closure, you will be instrumental in maintaining the momentum required to successfully complete engagements. This involves meticulously diagnosing prospective client problems through an AI lens, identifying specific areas where AI-enabled strategies can fundamentally transform operations, optimize existing workflows, and significantly improve outcomes at scale. You will conduct thorough research into clients and their respective industry landscapes to meticulously prepare comprehensive materials for prospective client meetings. This includes developing tailored use case points of view that resonate with each specific prospect's unique challenges and opportunities.
- • Furthermore, you will cultivate deep expertise in Distyl’s comprehensive suite of Healthcare Solutions, encompassing areas such as Utilization Management, Care Management, Cost of Care optimization, Claims processing, and Member/Provider Communications. This in-depth knowledge will enable you to effectively identify and prioritize the most high-value use cases for each individual customer. You will also serve as a vital conduit of information, feeding critical insights back to Account Executives (AEs) to refine their sales pitches and effectively differentiate Distyl’s AI-enabled offerings in a competitive market. Following the initial engagement by AEs, you will conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions to precisely identify the most impactful use cases, define appropriate solution architectures, and assess the overall feasibility of proposed solutions. Your ability to pinpoint the most valuable problems to solve will be enhanced by embedding yourself deeply within the customer’s workflow to gain an unparalleled understanding of their operational realities.
- • Collaboration with the engineering team will be essential for co-designing innovative solutions. You should be comfortable articulating architectural concepts, engaging in robust debates about system design trade-offs, and effectively bridging the gap between customer requirements and the platform's capabilities. A significant part of your role will involve building functional demos and competitive positioning documents in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring the rapid delivery of high-quality demonstrations and well-defined POC scopes. You will be responsible for constructing comprehensive POC proposals, clearly defining the project scope, establishing measurable success criteria, outlining realistic timelines, and identifying necessary resource requirements. A key challenge will be navigating complex and often noisy enterprise data to identify opportunities where AI can generate reliable and predictable outcomes, even amidst real-world data constraints and imperfections. You will craft compelling narratives and visual presentations that clearly articulate the return on investment (ROI) of AI transformation, making the business case concrete and irrefutable for enterprise executives.
- • To support ongoing GTM efforts, you will create and maintain a repository of reusable GTM assets, including detailed demo scripts, ROI calculators, competitive intelligence materials, and use-case-specific pitch decks specifically tailored for Solutions roles. Upon successful engagement, you will own the knowledge transfer process, ensuring a seamless and formal handover to the expansion team. Throughout the pre-sales phase, you will diligently maintain up-to-date account documentation, providing a clear and continuous record of engagement progress and client information.
