📋 Description

• The AI Strategy and Process Lead at SentiLink Corporation is a pivotal role focused on institutionalizing artificial intelligence across core business operations to drive measurable productivity gains, cost efficiency, and quality improvements. This position is critical to scaling SentiLink’s mission of transforming identity verification through responsible, data-driven AI adoption, starting with pilot functions and expanding enterprise-wide.
• The role ensures AI is not just experimented with, but systematically embedded into workflows to deliver sustainable, scalable impact — aligning technical innovation with business outcomes in a high-growth, regulated fintech environment.
• Day to day, the AI Strategy and Process Lead will partner with functional leaders to map and analyze workflows, quantify baseline performance in cost, time, and quality, and identify high-leverage processes suitable for AI enablement based on ROI and feasibility.
• They will develop clear business cases for AI investments, outlining expected impact, risks, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance standards.
• Leading end-to-end deployment, they will redesign processes to embed AI natively — avoiding superficial tool layering — and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption, training, and operational continuity during implementation.
• They will define standardized metrics such as cost per unit, throughput, error rates, and headcount leverage, then build dashboards and reporting cadences to track AI performance over time.
• The role includes delivering sustained productivity improvements in pilot processes, documenting results over at least six months, and presenting regular updates to executive leadership on outcomes, risks, and expansion opportunities.
• A key responsibility is developing a repeatable AI evaluation and implementation framework, including internal playbooks, governance guidelines, and training materials to promote responsible AI usage across the organization.
• They will establish an intake process for AI ideas company-wide and scale the program beyond initial pilots as validated results demonstrate value.
• The AI Strategy and Process Lead will operate within SentiLink’s digital-first, collaborative culture, working across U.S. and India offices, and contribute to a company recognized for innovation in fintech, including multiple Forbes Fintech 50 appearances and historic milestones like being the first eCBSV provider.
• This role offers the opportunity to build lasting internal capability in AI adoption, shaping how a fast-growing, mission-driven company leverages technology to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain compliance at scale.
• Success will be measured by tangible improvements in operational metrics and the creation of a scalable, self-sustaining AI enablement function that empowers other teams to innovate responsibly.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process transformation, operations, automation, or strategic initiatives in a high-growth environment
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable productivity, cost, or quality improvements
• Strong analytical capability with comfort defining metrics and evaluating ROI
• Practical familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and modern productivity systems
• Experience operating in regulated or data-sensitive environments is preferred
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with executive audiences
