📋 Description

• • The AI Systems Builder will design, build, and maintain AI-native systems that power social media automation, internal operations, and workflow optimization for an AI-native media and enablement company focused on democratizing AI access for underserved communities.
• • Day to day, the role involves building and maintaining AI social media agents that monitor performance, generate content drafts, and execute scheduled publishing workflows; developing agents for internal operations such as communications routing and task delegation; structuring deployments using Claude Code, Cowork, and relevant APIs; writing and maintaining evals to test agent outputs; and iterating on agent logic based on real-world performance data.
• • The team operates in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where all workflows, systems, and operations are built around AI-first infrastructure, supporting U.S.-based clients from a fully remote position requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
• • The person in this role will gain deep expertise in architecting and deploying AI-native systems beyond prompt-level execution, develop strong judgment in evaluating automation opportunities, and build scalable solutions usable by non-technical stakeholders while directly impacting how the company operates and scales content creation and process automation.
