📋 Description
- • As an AI Technical Architect — Microsoft & Enterprise Platforms, you will lead the design, build, and deployment of AI solutions across Arxada’s Microsoft ecosystem, bringing AI into core enterprise and operational processes to deliver real business impact.
- • You will own the architecture of the Microsoft AI estate, spanning Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Power Platform, building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions while mentoring a team as a player‑coach team.
- • Arxada is a global leader in innovative solutions that protect our world, with groundbreaking technologies in chemistry and biotechnology serving customers in over 100 countries and achieving CHF 2 billion in sales in 2024.
- • You will learn and achieve mastery in enterprise AI architecture, driving innovation across customer and commercial processes while embedding security, governance, and operational excellence into scalable AI solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in architecture/engineering with hands-on delivery of AI, ML, or data solutions
- • Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud and AI stack including Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and M365/Copilot
- • Strong coding and MLOps capabilities, including experience with RAG, vector databases, pipelines, and inference services
- • Proven experience designing end-to-end AI solutions in complex enterprise environments
- • Experience leading engineers and data scientists as a hands-on player‑coach
- • Experience working with OT/industrial data and edge-to-cloud analytics architectures
