📋 Description
- • As an AI Technical Architect — SAP & Core Business Processes, you will drive the design, build, and industrialization of AI capabilities across Arxada’s SAP landscape, embedding intelligence directly into finance, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing operations to enable smarter, faster, and more compliant business decisions.
- • You will own end-to-end architecture and delivery of process-embedded AI solutions using SAP BTP, AI Core, Joule, and Datasphere, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with a clean-core S/4HANA strategy while integrating master data from PLM/MDM and connecting plant and MES signals for end-to-end operational visibility.
- • You will lead and mentor a small team of engineers and functional experts as a player-coach, managing the AI lifecycle, MLOps practices, and technical debt to ensure solutions are maintainable, cost-efficient, and auditable within regulated environments such as GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11.
- • You will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into production-ready AI use cases, shaping the future of AI within a global organization that safeguards nutrition, health, and infrastructure through innovative chemistry and biotechnology solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in SAP architecture/engineering with a strong hands-on delivery track record
- • Deep expertise in SAP technologies including BTP, AI Core, Datasphere, and Business AI / Joule
- • Strong understanding of core business processes across finance, supply chain, procurement, and sales
- • Proven experience with SAP integration and extensibility (Integration Suite/CPI, side-by-side architecture)
- • Solid coding and MLOps capabilities, with experience designing AI solutions in regulated environments
- • Experience leading engineering or cross-functional teams as a hands-on "player‑coach"
