Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As an AI Tools Builder at Lindus Health, you will play a pivotal role in transforming clinical trial operations by identifying inefficiencies and building AI-powered internal tools that accelerate the delivery of new treatments to patients.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with Clinical Operations teams to map workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and design lightweight internal products—such as financial tracking tools, site activation dashboards, or patient recruitment forecasting models—using AI-assisted development to automate manual processes.
- • You will sit within Programme Operations and work closely with ClinOps, Product, and Engineering teams, taking a product-minded approach to internal systems by gathering requirements, prototyping solutions, shipping quickly, and iterating based on feedback.
- • This role offers the opportunity to directly impact patient outcomes by improving the speed and reliability of clinical trials, while developing hybrid skills in operational problem-solving, AI-enabled building, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing, mission-driven startup.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in an ops, product, or tooling-adjacent role in a fast-growth startup or scaleup (10-300 employees, VC-backed)
- • Proven experience using AI tools to build and ship real internal tools or automation solutions, even if informally
- • Strong proficiency with data handling, including spreadsheets, data flows, APIs, and automation logic
- • Demonstrated ability to build things from scratch—whether processes, tools, workflows, or small internal products
- • Highly analytical and curious problem-solver with a bias to action, preferring to ship and iterate over waiting for perfection
- • Genuine curiosity about how clinical trials work and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-moving startup environment
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary plus meaningful equity ownership in the company
- • £1,000 annual Learning & Development budget for courses, certifications, and conferences
- • 39 days annual leave (30 days PTO + 8 bank holidays + 1 James Lind Day)
- • £60 monthly wellness allowance, flexible for use toward private health insurance, Wellhub membership, or other wellness expenses
- • Access to gym and retail discounts via Happl, monthly lunch vouchers for remote staff, and regular virtual/in-person company events
- • Charity partnerships and volunteering opportunities with Forward Trust, fostering purpose-driven engagement beyond work
