- • As an AI Tools Trainer at Neurons Lab, you will play a pivotal role in democratizing artificial intelligence knowledge for non-technical professionals across banking, finance, and insurance sectors in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Your expertise will directly empower business teams to leverage AI tools effectively, driving innovation and operational efficiency in industries undergoing rapid digital transformation. This role is critical to Neurons Lab’s mission of expanding AI enablement through high-impact, practical training that bridges the gap between technical capability and real-world business application.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and customizing AI training content tailored to diverse industry audiences, delivering engaging live or virtual sessions that simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical learners, designing hands-on exercises using tools like Midjourney, Runway, or Adobe Firefly to solve authentic business problems, staying updated on emerging AI trends to ensure training relevance, collaborating with the Neurons Lab team to refine curricula and methodologies, and providing post-session support to reinforce learning and application.
- • You will join a dynamic, mission-driven team at Neurons Lab focused on scaling AI literacy through corporate enablement programs. The company specializes in delivering cutting-edge AI solutions and training to enterprises in emerging markets, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. As a freelance trainer, you’ll operate with autonomy while contributing to a shared vision of making AI accessible and actionable for business professionals.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI tool application within business contexts, refine your public speaking and instructional design capabilities, build a portfolio of impactful training engagements across regulated industries, and gain exposure to diverse use cases in finance, banking, and insurance. You’ll also strengthen your ability to translate technical knowledge into practical learning experiences — a highly transferable skill valuable in consulting, corporate training, product enablement, or AI advocacy roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience developing and delivering training sessions, webinars, or public-facing educational content for adult learners
- • Hands-on proficiency with AI creative and/or productivity tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Kling, or comparable platforms
- • Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and Ukrainian (Russian is a plus)
