- • As an AI Transformation Consultant at Realfast LLC, you will serve as the critical bridge between client business needs and AI-powered technical delivery, diagnosing operational friction and identifying high-impact workflows where AI can deliver measurable business outcomes—ensuring AI is embedded into how work gets done, not merely bolted on.
- • You will lead end-to-end client engagements by facilitating discovery workshops, mapping current-state workflows with precision, classifying work into Automate, Augment, or Connect categories, and conducting sweet spot analysis to find the intersection of business metrics, repeatable processes, and existing data—building evidence-based ROI frameworks grounded in real workflows, not assumptions.
- • During delivery, you will act as the day-to-day client point of contact, translating between business stakeholders and the engineering team, managing communications and progress narratives, holding scope boundaries, coordinating before/after business impact measurement, and preparing end users for adoption to ensure AI integrates seamlessly into workflows.
- • In the closing and expansion phase, you will drive documentation and handover coordination, identify and frame the next phase of expansion, and brief senior partners on account development opportunities to sustain long-term client value.
- • You will operate within a fast-moving, AI-native consulting environment backed by PeakXV Partners and RTP Global, where your ability to use AI tools daily— in discovery, business case development, communication structuring, and delivery acceleration—is not just encouraged but expected as a core competency.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, implementation consulting, business analysis, or client-facing enterprise delivery roles
- • Proven ability to run structured discovery and map business processes with precision
- • Quantitative comfort in building ROI models and business cases from evidence, not assumptions
- • Technical literacy sufficient to credibly discuss AI, data, and system integration with engineers
- • Clear written and verbal communication across operational and senior stakeholder audiences
- • Active AI practitioner who uses AI tools daily in work and has strong opinions on their effective application
