📋 Description

• Lead Abacum’s AI transformation as a mission-critical role that directly shapes how the company scales, operates, and executes by embedding AI into core workflows to drive strategic advantage and reduce manual work across all functions.
• Redesign GTM using AI by rebuilding pipeline generation, outbound execution, lead qualification, and sales processes with intelligent automation to increase efficiency and output per person.
• Build and scale AI workflows by identifying high-friction processes, designing and deploying AI agents and automations using LLMs, n8n, Zapier, Make, and basic scripting to eliminate repetitive work and increase cross-team productivity.
• Enable teams and drive adoption by creating playbooks, templates, and providing hands-on support to make AI usable in day-to-day work while measuring and communicating business impact.
• Own the AI stack and governance by defining internal AI tooling, integrating with core systems, and establishing security, data privacy, and reliability guardrails for sustainable AI adoption.
• Work within a high-impact, fast-moving environment where ownership, urgency, and systems thinking are essential to turning AI into a real competitive advantage for a SaaS company serving finance teams globally.
• Join a global, diverse team of 100+ people across 30+ nationalities backed by $100M+ in funding, including a recent $60M Series B, with headquarters in New York and offices in London and Barcelona.
• Contribute to Abacum’s mission of transforming business planning for finance teams by shifting focus from number crunching to strategic decision-making through automation and collaboration.
• Develop deep expertise in AI-native operations within a scaling SaaS environment, gaining experience in end-to-end workflow automation, AI governance, and cross-functional enablement at a high-growth tech company.
• Position yourself at the forefront of AI adoption in enterprise SaaS, building tangible systems that redefine how modern companies operate and scale with intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• Understands SaaS and our context: You’ve worked in SaaS and understand how product-driven companies operate. You have exposure to finance, and you understand the GTM motion of a company like Abacum.
• Technical builder: You have hands-on experience with LLM APIs, automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make), and basic scripting (Python/SQL). You can build agents, connect systems, and ship real workflows end-to-end.
• Systems thinker: You can take messy, human-driven processes and turn them into clean, scalable systems. You understand how tools, data, and teams connect.
• High ownership and intensity: You take full ownership of problems, move fast, and push things to completion. You’re comfortable operating with urgency and ambiguity.
• Ambitious and driven: You want to have an outsized impact. You’re motivated to build something exceptional and obsessed with making Abacum the most AI-native company in our space.
