- • As an AI Tutor specializing in Hebrew, you will play a critical role in advancing xAI’s mission to build AI systems that understand the universe by refining Grok’s multilingual audio capabilities, ensuring accurate and natural voice interactions across languages and accents.
- • Your day-to-day work will involve using proprietary software to label, annotate, and record high-quality audio data in Hebrew and other languages, focusing on speech recognition, pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and accent variation to improve AI performance in real-world audio scenarios.
- • You will collaborate closely with technical teams to design annotation tasks, refine audio workflows, and enhance tools that support the training of voice models, contributing directly to the robustness and cultural inclusivity of xAI’s AI systems.
- • xAI operates with a flat, mission-driven structure where hands-on contribution, initiative, and technical excellence are valued; you will join a small, highly motivated team focused on pushing the boundaries of AI understanding through rigorous, detail-oriented work.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in linguistic analysis, audio annotation, and AI training data quality, gaining hands-on experience in how linguistic nuances impact machine learning models while contributing to globally accessible AI technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native proficiency in Hebrew with exposure to diverse accents, dialects, or regional variations.
- • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) with clear, natural vocal delivery suitable for audio recording.
- • Strong auditory perception to detect subtle nuances in speech, including pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and audio quality across accents and languages.
- • Demonstrated ability to transcribe audio with high accuracy across varying accents and audio conditions, including noisy or ambiguous speech.
- • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate audio-related feedback clearly and effectively.
