• • As an AI Tutor specializing in Spanish, you will play a critical role in advancing xAI’s mission to build AI systems that understand the universe and serve humanity by refining Grok’s multilingual audio capabilities, ensuring accurate, natural, and culturally aware voice interactions across global users.
• • Your day-to-day work will involve using proprietary software to label, annotate, record, and provide input on multilingual audio clips, voice recordings, and speech samples; curating high-quality audio data to improve speech recognition, prosody, accent handling, and noise robustness; collaborating with technical teams to enhance annotation tools and develop tasks that improve AI performance in real-world audio conditions.
• • You will join a small, highly motivated, and engineering-focused team at xAI that operates with a flat organizational structure, values initiative and excellence, and expects all members to contribute directly to the mission through hands-on work, strong communication, and prioritization skills.
