📋 Description

  • Create high-quality, AI-generated video ads optimized for conversion on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and similar performance-driven advertising platforms.
  • Leverage AI tools for voiceovers, scriptwriting, animation, and video editing to streamline production and enhance creative output while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative strategist and media buying team to align video content with overall marketing objectives and paid traffic scaling goals.
  • Monitor and analyze video ad performance using key metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, and especially conversion rate (CR) to refine creative strategies and improve future content.
  • Deliver video ads on time with consistent quality, creativity, and attention to detail across all projects.
  • Produce sales and lead-generation-oriented video content designed to drive direct customer action and purchase behavior.
  • Maintain a portfolio of AI-generated video ad work that demonstrates proven success in driving high conversion rates from past campaigns.
  • Stay current with emerging AI tools and advertising platform updates to continuously improve production efficiency and ad effectiveness.
  • Work independently to meet deadlines while ensuring all deliverables meet performance and quality benchmarks.
  • Adapt creative approaches based on data insights to maximize ROI on paid media spend.
  • Ensure all video content adheres to platform-specific guidelines and best practices for Meta and other digital advertising channels.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable video ad templates and workflows that reduce production time without sacrificing performance.
  • Participate in team feedback sessions to share insights on what creative elements drive the highest engagement and conversion.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to test variations in visuals, copy, pacing, and calls-to-action within video ads.
  • Maintain organized project files and asset libraries for easy retrieval and reuse across campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience creating video ads with demonstrated success and high conversion rates (CR) from past campaigns
  • Experience with AI tools for video creation and editing, specifically for performance-driven advertising platforms like Meta
  • Portfolio of AI-generated video ad content required for consideration
  • Solid understanding of key media buying metrics: CPC, CPA, CTR, and CR
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality output
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising principles
