  • • The AI Workforce Advisor at Bullhorn, Inc. is a client-facing role focused on driving product adoption and growth within the existing customer base by building trusted relationships, understanding workflows, and identifying opportunities where AI-powered digital workforce solutions deliver measurable value. This role is critical to ensuring customers realize the full potential of Bullhorn’s technology, directly contributing to retention, expansion, and long-term customer success in a competitive staffing technology market.
  • • On a day-to-day basis, the AI Workforce Advisor will conduct onsite visits with customers (60–70% travel required across Central & East Coast territories) to observe team workflows, build rapport, and pinpoint where digital workforce tools can create the most impact; drive product adoption in newly onboarded accounts by coaching teams and embedding new processes into daily operations; monitor account health and product utilization metrics, proactively reaching out to at-risk or underutilized accounts with tailored support; identify and nurture internal champions within customer organizations who can advocate for and sustain adoption from within; introduce digital workforce capabilities to new stakeholders and teams across existing accounts to expand usage and deepen penetration; maintain precise, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, activities, and next steps in Salesforce following every engagement; and document and share customer success stories to inform internal enablement, training, and executive reporting.

  • • In this role, the AI Workforce Advisor will develop deep expertise in consultative selling, change management, and AI-driven workforce optimization within the staffing and recruitment industry. They will gain hands-on experience in translating technical product capabilities into business outcomes, building executive-level relationships, and influencing organizational adoption — skills that are highly transferable and valuable for advancement into senior account management, customer success leadership, or product strategy roles within Bullhorn or the broader HR technology ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–3 years of experience in staffing account management, account executive, or another client-facing role within the recruitment, HR tech, or B2B services industry
  • • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through in-person engagement, with a genuine enthusiasm for onsite customer visits and travel (60–70% required)
  • • Strong curiosity about business operations and workflows, with the ability to quickly grasp how teams function and where technology can drive efficiency and value
  • • Discipline in following defined processes and methodologies before implementing changes, understanding that consistency and repeatability drive sustainable results
  • • Coachable, growth-oriented mindset with a habit of actively seeking, accepting, and applying feedback to improve performance
  • • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with consistent habits of logging activities, tracking account progress in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and following through on commitments
