Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise AI platform deployments (Claude, Copilot, Gemini) across Shared Services tenants, owning authentication models and integration standards.
- • Build and deploy AI Agents for Shared Services teams using established pipeline standards, from platform-native builds to custom Agent development.
- • Create and maintain a shared resource repository of reusable components, patterns, and frameworks that inform enterprise AI standards.
- • Participate in recurring sessions to harvest segment innovations, standardize them, and redistribute them organization-wide, serving as the hands-on AI resource for segments without dedicated AI infrastructure.
- • Apply team development standards—including branching strategy, review gates, and CI/CD pipelines—to all AI solutions and platform work.
- • Master one AI platform (e.g., Claude) before expanding expertise to others, prioritizing deep technical understanding over broad surface-level knowledge.

- • Build systems and tools that other teams rely on as foundational components, not one-off solutions.
- • Thrive in ambiguity and are energized by writing the playbook rather than following an existing one.
- • Apply context and token optimization techniques to improve model efficiency and response quality.
- • Ensure all AI deployments comply with governance, compliance, and security principles specific to responsible AI implementation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years hands-on experience building with Claude or equivalent LLM APIs
- • Proficiency in prompt engineering, API integration, tool-use, and function-calling patterns
