- • The Airline Sourcing Manager will be responsible for running RFPs for airline and cruise line clients’ accommodations and transport needs, including crew, distressed passengers, and other airline business, and completing hotel contracting when applicable.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, property analysis, sourcing and negotiating RFP terms, monitoring market price changes, developing pricing comparatives, composing market intel reports, identifying savings and revenue potential, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, vetting hotels and transport vendors, establishing global supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, maintaining contact databases, conducting hotel site visits, representing TA Connections with suppliers and customers, and managing DPAX (distressed passenger) sourcing activities such as maintaining port ADR and volumes, setting up new ports, activating suppliers, facilitating direct billing, and coordinating RFP development via assigned tools.
