- • As an Alliance, MSSP & OEM Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you will play a critical role in protecting and growing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by supporting alliance, MSSP, and OEM sales teams in securing renewal contracts before expiration, ensuring sustainable retention across the partner ecosystem.
- • Day to day, you will prepare and present renewal sales quotes 90–120 days in advance, manage contract processes including co-terming and upselling, structure complex quoting scenarios involving pooled licensing and multi-tenant environments, and serve as a CPQ and Salesforce subject matter expert for accurate forecasting and deal support.
- • You will join CrowdStrike’s Worldwide Alliances Organization and Global Renewals Management Function, a mission-driven cybersecurity leader known for its AI-native platform, innovation-focused culture, and commitment to employee autonomy and career ownership.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS renewal operations, partner ecosystem management, and enterprise sales support, while building cross-functional fluency across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk teams to drive ARR retention and expansion at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success
- • Experience working within Alliance, MSSP, OEM, Channel or indirect sales models
- • Proficiency with MS Excel and prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ
- • Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, presentations, and internal meetings
- • Extreme attention to detail and highly organized with ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
