📋 Description

• • The Alliance Partner Manager, LATAM Microsoft and GitHub (Remote) role is critical to driving regional growth by managing and expanding Atmosera’s strategic partnerships with Microsoft and GitHub across Latin America. This position serves as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on co-sell initiatives, joint go-to-market strategies, and partner enablement.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning the execution of Microsoft funding and incentive programs, developing and maintaining partner relationships, collaborating with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to accelerate joint pipeline, and tracking performance against regional growth targets. The manager will also represent Atmosera in partner forums and ensure compliance with partner program requirements.
• • Atmosera is a Microsoft Partner with seven specializations, a GitHub AI Partner of the Year, a member of the GitHub Advisory Board, and part of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA). The company delivers integrated solutions in Applications, Data & AI, DevOps, Security, and Azure, enabling clients to innovate securely and efficiently.
• • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in Microsoft and GitHub partner ecosystems, gain experience in co-sell motion execution and incentive management, and contribute directly to regional revenue growth. They will build cross-functional leadership skills and position themselves as a strategic partner enabler within a high-impact, fast-growing cloud services organization.
