- • As an Alliances Manager at CaptivateIQ, you will play a pivotal role in forging and nurturing strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs) and boutique firms, acting as a crucial bridge between our innovative sales performance management platform and key players in the go-to-market ecosystem.
- • This is a highly strategic and operational role, designed for an individual who thrives on building deep, integrated relationships and driving tangible business outcomes through partner collaboration.
- • You will be instrumental in making partner engagement a seamless, predictable, and highly effective component of CaptivateIQ's sales and delivery processes, ensuring our partners are not just collaborators but integral extensions of our sales force.
- • Your primary mission will be to orchestrate complex co-sell motions, empowering our internal sales teams to instinctively leverage partners for expanded territory coverage, accelerated pipeline generation, and enhanced customer solutions.
- • You will work closely with the Director of Alliances and sales leadership to move beyond high-level program management, focusing instead on deep, deal-level integration and ensuring partners are equipped to effectively implement and advocate for CaptivateIQ's solutions.
- • This role demands a field-facing operator who can effectively navigate and influence multiple stakeholders, both within CaptivateIQ and within partner organizations, to achieve shared objectives.
- • You will be responsible for defining and upholding the standard of excellence in partner engagement, ensuring that our alliances are a primary driver of our ability to win new business and scale our market presence effectively.
- • This involves identifying and recruiting new strategic partners that align with CaptivateIQ's growth objectives and possess the technical expertise and market reach to complement our direct sales efforts.
- • You will develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with key partners, including co-marketing initiatives, joint sales plays, and targeted account mapping to create new revenue opportunities.
- • A significant part of your role will involve enabling partners through comprehensive training, certification programs, and ongoing support to ensure they have a deep understanding of CaptivateIQ's platform, value proposition, and competitive differentiators.
- • You will manage the partner lifecycle, from initial engagement and onboarding to performance management and ongoing relationship development, ensuring mutual success and value realization.
- • You will track and report on key partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize partner contributions to revenue and customer satisfaction.
- • This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks or challenges within partner relationships, ensuring smooth operations and sustained collaboration.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing insights and guidance on how they can best leverage CaptivateIQ to grow their own business and serve their clients more effectively.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliance management, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- • Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with System Integrators (SIs) and/or boutique consulting firms.
- • Strong understanding of co-sell motions, joint go-to-market strategies, and partner enablement.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
