- • As an Alliances Manager at Cast AI, you will own and scale hyperscaler partnerships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, turning strategic alliances into repeatable, revenue-driving motions that directly impact pipeline and Marketplace adoption.
- • Day to day, you will expand and operationalize global partnership frameworks, build and execute the Better Together story for co-build, co-marketing, and co-sell initiatives, track KPIs on partner-sourced opportunities and revenue influence, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Events, and Finance to ensure alliance efforts translate into measurable business outcomes.
- • Cast AI is a unicorn-valued automation platform headquartered in Miami with a global team across 34 countries, dedicated to optimizing cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale through autonomous decision-making in Kubernetes and cloud environments, trusted by over 2,100 companies including Akamai, BMW, and HuggingFace.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in hyperscaler partner programs, drive co-sell and Marketplace adoption strategies, strengthen executive-level partner engagement, and gain end-to-end ownership of alliance-driven revenue impact — positioning you as a key driver of Cast AI’s go-to-market success in the cloud ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of direct experience working and collaborating with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- • Existing relationships with AWS/Azure/GCP sales teams and familiarity with Hyperscaler Partner Programs, Competencies, and Tracks
- • Executive style with strong confidence and presentation skills to lead discussions and engagements
