  • • Join The Allstate Foundation and Social Impact Team as an Allstate Impact & Corporate Giving Coordinator, a pivotal role designed for individuals early in their careers eager to build foundational experience in corporate philanthropy and employee engagement.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Allstate Impact & Engagement (AIE) and Corporate Giving programs, ensuring their efficient and effective delivery.
  • • You will be instrumental in supporting program leads by managing routine coordination, organization, and processing tasks, directly contributing to the success of engagement opportunities, grants, and partnerships.
  • • The role involves assisting with the intricate logistics of various initiatives, including scheduling, preparing materials, and conducting follow-up activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • • A key responsibility will be supporting routine grant processing, which includes assisting with application reviews, meticulous data entry, and diligent status tracking, all under the guidance of senior team members.
  • • You will play a crucial role in tracking program participation, managing deadlines, and maintaining essential program information for a wide array of employee and agent engagement initiatives.
  • • Contribute to effective communication strategies by preparing program materials and diligently maintaining shared program resources, ensuring information is accessible and up-to-date.
  • • In the realm of Corporate Giving, you will provide vital operational and administrative support for initiatives that foster partnerships with cultural institutions, nonprofit organizations, and community partners.

  • • Maintain a highly organized system of files and documentation pertaining to all corporate giving partners and their associated activities, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
  • • Assist in preparing materials and maintaining shared resources to support standard communications for corporate giving efforts.
  • • Beyond specific program support, you will contribute to the general operations and administrative functions of the team, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.

  • • Assist in managing the department's email inbox by monitoring incoming messages, routing them to the appropriate team members, and providing essential backup coverage.
