- • As an Alternative Investments Product Specialist for the Southeast region, you will drive new business growth by building relationships with Independent Broker Dealers while supporting product and distribution teams in delivering best-in-class alternative investment solutions to financial advisors.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include initiating and executing new client relationships, developing deep expertise across CAIS’s product suite (hedge funds, private equity, private credit, real estate, digital assets, structured notes), preparing client-facing presentations and materials, coordinating product launches and manager due diligence processes, assisting with roadshows and conferences, creating marketing collateral, collaborating with sales on pitches and campaigns, and leveraging AI-assisted workflows to enhance research, pitch preparation, and client follow-up.
- • You will work within CAIS, a pioneer in democratizing access to alternative investments for over 50,000 independent financial advisors who oversee more than $6 trillion in network assets, providing them with technology, education, and operational efficiency to engage with leading asset managers.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in alternative investment products, refine your client engagement and sales execution skills, gain experience in product marketing and due diligence coordination, and grow your ability to operate at the intersection of finance, technology, and relationship management in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-10+ years of internal and/or external sales experience in the alternatives space
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline
- • Series 7 and 63 licenses required
- • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, N8N) for research synthesis, materials preparation, and client communications
