📋 Description
- • As a Senior FP&A Analyst at Web.com Group, Inc. (part of the Bluehost group, which includes Hostgator), you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis to support the growth and profitability of small businesses thriving online. Your work will directly contribute to strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights that empower leadership to think big and act with confidence.
- • Day to day, you will lead the annual budgeting process, prepare periodic forecasts and long-term financial plans, track actual vs. planned performance, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities. You will monitor key business metrics such as revenue, bookings, margin, and EBITDA, develop financial models and scenario analyses, prepare management reports and executive presentations, and support monthly and quarterly business reviews. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to evaluate the financial viability of new projects, products, or investments and contribute to pricing strategy and margin optimization discussions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Solid experience in FP&A, financial planning, or controllership
- • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and modeling
- • Fluency in English for frequent interaction with international teams
