• • Ping Identity is seeking a dynamic Analyst Relations Specialist to significantly contribute to and expand our global Analyst Relations (AR) program. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on executing strategic analyst engagements and meticulously managing evaluation processes that directly influence how Ping Identity is perceived and positioned within the competitive market landscape. You will operate as a key partner to the Senior Manager of Analyst Relations, who spearheads the overarching strategy and executive-level interactions, while you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of owning and driving the program's operational execution and successful delivery. This position is inherently cross-functional, demanding close collaboration with product management, marketing teams, and executive leadership. Achieving success in this role signifies the ability to orchestrate well-coordinated, high-caliber analyst interactions and to expertly navigate and maintain momentum through complex, multi-stage evaluation cycles, ensuring timely and impactful outcomes.
• • On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive execution of analyst engagements from inception to completion. This includes meticulously planning and preparing for analyst briefings, coordinating effectively with all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment, preparing speakers for optimal performance, and managing all logistical aspects of these engagements. A significant part of your role will involve building and diligently managing detailed timelines for major industry analyst evaluations, such as the highly influential Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and KuppingerCole Leadership Compass reports. You will be instrumental in coordinating the collection and consolidation of critical inputs from product, marketing, and executive teams, ensuring that all submissions are of the highest quality and are delivered punctually. Your role will also involve diligently tracking all analyst interactions, maintaining a robust and organized repository of documentation, and effectively managing the various AR tools, calendars, and established workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
• • Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing internal stakeholders by providing them with essential research insights, crucial messaging context, and comprehensive briefing materials to ensure they are well-equipped for their interactions with analysts. A key aspect of your proactive approach will be to identify potential risks or roadblocks within evaluation cycles and to implement strategies to keep projects consistently on schedule and mitigate any delays. You will also play a vital role in summarizing and disseminating analyst feedback, research findings, and key takeaways to relevant internal teams, fostering a culture of informed decision-making. A significant objective will be to continuously improve and scale the AR processes by leveraging appropriate tools and exploring automation opportunities to enhance both efficiency and consistency across all AR activities.
