  • • Own the global content strategy and editorial pipeline for Jump Technologies’ enterprise segment, defining brand voice, tone, and messaging across all marketing channels to establish Jump as the definitive thought leader in financial services AI.
  • • Develop and execute a 12-month content roadmap grounded in deep market research, enterprise buyer persona analysis, and customer interviews to drive measurable brand authority, organic traffic growth, and pipeline demand.
  • • Design and oversee full-funnel content campaigns—including whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and infographics—in close partnership with Demand Gen and Growth Marketing teams to accelerate the sales cycle and increase content-driven conversions.
  • • Lead SEO strategy and execution to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and inbound traffic from high-intent financial services and AI-related searches, with accountability for measurable traffic and conversion growth.
  • • Analyze content performance metrics—including engagement, pipeline attribution, and asset conversion rates—to ruthlessly prioritize high-performing formats and deprioritize low-impact initiatives.
  • • Manage and scale content operations by leading a team of internal writers and external freelancers/agencies, implementing structured workflows for ideation, production, legal/compliance approval, and localization.
  • • Leverage advanced AI tools to optimize content research, drafting, editing, distribution, and scaling while maintaining brand integrity and quality standards.
  • • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate complex AI and financial workflow technologies into clear, compelling, value-driven customer narratives and use cases.
  • • Convert internal data, proprietary insights, and customer success stories into authoritative industry benchmark reports and case studies that resonate with enterprise financial advisors and institutions.
  • • Build and lead a high-performing content team by hiring, coaching, and motivating writers, editors, and creatives to deliver consistent, scalable, and impactful content outputs.
  • • Produce 2–3 flagship thought leadership assets annually that set the narrative for the financial services AI industry and establish Jump as a trusted voice among advisors, analysts, and institutional clients.
  • • Ensure all content adheres to strict financial services compliance standards and aligns with regulatory requirements for financial advice and AI-driven recommendations.
  • • Serve as the central liaison between Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing to align content initiatives with product launches, sales enablement needs, and revenue goals.
  • • Continuously refine content supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and enable consistent output across global markets.
  • • Report directly to the SVP of Marketing and be measured by KPIs including organic traffic growth, content-attributed pipeline, brand sentiment shifts, and asset conversion rates—not content volume.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, journalism, or corporate communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role
  • • Proven track record of strategic impact, brand building, and measurable revenue/pipeline growth through content in an Enterprise SaaS environment
  • • Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools for editing, scaling, and optimizing content production workflows
  • • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn complex technical concepts (like AI, machine learning, or financial workflows) into compelling, human-centric narratives
  • • Experience managing and motivating high-performing teams of creatives, writers, and external agencies
  • • Deep understanding of financial services, fintech, or wealthtech industries (preferred)
