  • As an integral part of the Strategy & Change team, you will contribute to the management and execution of assigned business programs or projects, providing critical input into their design, development, and overall delivery.
  • You will actively participate in the execution of various program components, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective implementation.
  • This role involves supporting the overarching management of programs and projects, which includes developing specific program components, actively promoting the program's objectives, and meticulously overseeing the execution of all its constituent parts.
  • You will play a key role in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of core program processes, ensuring they are efficient and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Contribute valuable insights to the program strategy by conducting thorough analyses of current operations and identifying challenges, researching industry best practices, and staying abreast of emerging trends within the sector.
  • Provide essential support for the investigation, analysis, and comprehensive documentation of program-related risks, helping to mitigate potential issues before they arise.
  • Analyze diverse datasets and information to generate actionable program insights and formulate strategic recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  • Foster strong collaborations with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, working synergistically to achieve defined business objectives and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Organize and maintain work-related information with a high degree of accuracy and completeness, including the creation of customized exception reports and initiative tracking reports to monitor progress and identify deviations.
  • Effectively communicate and reinforce program principles, strategies, processes, and standards across all operational activities, ensuring consistent understanding and adherence.
  • Gather, format, and present data into regular and ad-hoc reports, as well as dynamic dashboards, to provide clear visibility into program performance and key metrics.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives by diligently tracking key metrics and milestones, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
  • Assist in the change management process for initiatives of varying scope and complexity, with a primary focus on execution and sustainment activities to ensure lasting impact.
  • Support the development of tailored communication strategies, which may involve writing, editing, and distributing clear and concise messages to relevant audiences.
  • Diligently track exception requests and their corresponding approvals, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Undertake and complete complex and diverse tasks within defined rules and limits, potentially including handling escalations from other employees and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Analyze identified issues, determine appropriate next steps, and implement solutions to ensure the smooth progression of programs and projects.
  • Be prepared to take on broader work or accountabilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute across different areas.
