- • As an Analytics Director at Health Catalyst, you will be a working manager responsible for ensuring client analytic success across all phases of deployment, acting as a strategic partner to Senior Directors of Client Engagement and serving as an ambassador for Health Catalyst in the international market, particularly in Singapore, where you will drive data-informed healthcare improvement through leadership, technical expertise, and client engagement.
- • You will own strategy development and execution by collaborating with Senior Directors to plan project timelines, coordinate resources, and guide analytic work including SQL development, data modeling, ETL processes, and application installations, while serving as the client’s main point of contact for all analytic activities and facilitating alignment between internal product teams and client stakeholders.
- • You will lead risk assessment and mitigation by proactively identifying project roadblocks with Senior Directors, troubleshooting issues, communicating risks diplomatically, and fostering transparent problem-solving environments to keep implementations on track and aligned with client needs.
- • You will manage project status communication by clearly articulating progress to executive sponsors, providing insights on support needs, participating in internal meetings to refine processes, and delivering feedback to Catalyst leadership on client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- • You will oversee knowledge transfer and training by guiding client staff on Health Catalyst platform use, applications, and methodologies, ensuring sustainable adoption and long-term success through structured training and documentation that empowers clients to independently leverage analytics for improvement.
- • You will manage tasks and people by ensuring Analytics Engineers have the resources, skills, and tools to succeed, balancing workloads, conducting regular one-on-ones, mentoring junior team members, and developing future Analytics Directors through coaching and performance guidance.

- • You will be part of a collaborative, high-visibility role within Professional Services (International), working closely with engagement coordinators, product line managers, clinical staff, and senior leadership to support optimal deployment applications and anticipate customer opportunities through data-driven insight.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must possess deep technical experience with five core competencies: data query (SQL), data movement (ETL), data analysis, data modeling, and data visualizations.
- • Required: Combination of 5+ years’ work experience in data warehousing technologies leveraging SQL, ETL, data analysis, data modeling, and data visualizations.
- • 2–4 years’ healthcare experience on the provider side (where clinical care is delivered) – highly preferred.
- • Prior experience managing people and teams preferred.
- • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in computer science/information systems, statistics, or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
- • Must be a Singaporean National or Permanent Resident.
