- • As an Analytics Engineer at Flock Safety, you will own end-to-end analytics solutions from definition to data architecture and visualization, creating a single source of truth for business insights in an analytics-as-code environment.
- • You will drive impact by partnering with business stakeholders in Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, translating complex data needs into actionable insights while maintaining technical ownership of data pipelines and models.
- • You will contribute to and eventually own the design and build of Finance, Revenue, Accounting, Billing, and Customer Support data models, ensuring they are production-ready and support leadership reporting.
- • You will grow your expertise in modern data stack tools including SQL, Redshift, DBT, Git, Sigma, and Salesforce, while working closely with Data Engineering and Data Architecture teams to advance Flock’s data infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- • 5+ years of proven experience as an analytics engineer, business intelligence engineer, or data analyst
- • Expert SQL skills, with Redshift experience strongly preferred
- • Experience implementing data modeling best practices in an enterprise data warehouse
- • Proficiency in DBT and Git, with familiarity working alongside Data Engineering and Data Architecture teams
- • Experience building BI and reporting solutions, with Sigma experience a strong plus
- • Prior experience with Salesforce and collaboration with Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, or Finance teams is a strong plus
