- • Own the complete lifecycle of Trashie’s loyalty and rewards experience across iOS, Android, and web. From ideation through launch, you’ll define the roadmap, write detailed user stories, sequence sprints, and ensure every feature ships on time and delights our users.
- • Translate customer insights, behavioral data, and market research into a clear product strategy. You’ll run surveys, interview power users, dig into Mixpanel dashboards, and synthesize findings into actionable hypotheses that move core KPIs—activation, retention, and redemption rate.
- • Design and iterate on points, tiers, badges, and redemption flows that feel intuitive and addictive. You’ll balance gamification best practices with Trashie’s sustainability mission, ensuring every reward reinforces the joy of recycling rather than pure consumerism.
- • Partner daily with design and engineering to craft pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces. You’ll run weekly design critiques, review Figma mocks, and write acceptance criteria so tight that QA smiles when they open Jira.
- • Launch high-impact reward campaigns and brand partnerships. You’ll coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and external partners to schedule limited-time offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal challenges that spike daily active users and deepen emotional loyalty.
- • Champion an experimentation culture. You’ll set up A/B tests, define success metrics, and quickly pivot when data tells a different story—always documenting learnings for the broader team.
- • Stay on the leading edge of AI and personalization. You’ll explore how LLMs can power smarter reward recommendations, predictive churn alerts, or dynamic pricing of TrashieCash to maximize lifetime value.
- • Communicate crisply across all levels. You’ll present roadmap updates to execs, run sprint demos for customer support, and write launch notes that make the whole company proud of what we shipped.
- • Maintain ruthless organization. You’ll groom backlogs, track dependencies, and keep Confluence pages so clean that new hires ramp in days, not weeks.
- • Foster a culture of sustainability and fun. You’ll infuse every feature with Trashie’s personality—quirky, optimistic, and planet-positive—so users feel like heroes every time they recycle.
