- • Ping Identity Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaplan Model Builder to join their dynamic Finance team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who will act as a strategic partner, collaborating closely with Finance, Sales Operations, and various cross-functional leaders. The primary objective is to independently lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of robust and scalable Anaplan solutions. These solutions are crucial for driving significant automation, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and optimizing operational efficiency across the organization. By leveraging the power of Anaplan, this role directly contributes to Ping Identity's mission of making digital experiences secure and seamless, fostering digital freedom for users and employees alike.
- • In this role, you will be instrumental in managing complex Anaplan initiatives from their initial discovery phase through to successful deployment. You will serve as both the functional and technical lead for assigned workstreams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet all stakeholder requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading in-depth requirements gathering sessions, meticulously designing the architecture of Anaplan models, and overseeing the entire project implementation lifecycle. A key aspect of your work will involve translating intricate business requirements from various departments, including Finance, Sales Operations, and Professional Services, into scalable and sustainable Anaplan models. You will also be responsible for building user-friendly dashboards and reports that are essential for supporting daily operations and enabling strategic decision-making. Furthermore, you will proactively identify potential gaps, risks, and inefficiencies within existing models and processes, and then drive the implementation of effective solutions to address them. A significant part of the role involves supporting bi-directional integrations with critical business systems, requiring a strong understanding of how Anaplan interacts with other enterprise software.
- • The Anaplan Model Builder will be part of Ping Identity's Finance team, a group dedicated to supporting the company's strategic financial objectives and operational excellence. Ping Identity itself is a leader in intelligent, cloud identity platforms, enabling secure and seamless digital interactions for users worldwide. The company prides itself on a culture that champions individuality and fosters digital freedom, encouraging employees to bring their authentic selves to work. With a global presence and serving over half of the Fortune 100 companies, Ping Identity is at the forefront of cybersecurity and identity management innovation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a company that is not only technologically advanced but also deeply committed to its people and its values.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development. You will gain extensive experience in leading end-to-end Anaplan implementations, working with a diverse range of stakeholders across different business functions. You will have the chance to deepen your expertise in multi-dimensional modeling, agile methodologies, and Anaplan best practices. The role provides a platform to enhance your skills in translating complex business needs into effective technological solutions, thereby driving tangible improvements in forecasting, planning, and operational efficiency. Success in this role means becoming a go-to expert for Anaplan solutions within Ping Identity, contributing significantly to the company's strategic initiatives and its continued growth in the cybersecurity and identity management space. You will also develop a strong understanding of various business systems and their integration with Anaplan, further broadening your technical and functional expertise.
- • The Anaplan Model Builder will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex Anaplan models, catering to the needs of Finance, Sales Operations, Professional Services, and other key departments. This includes leading user story workshops, actively collaborating with stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements, and subsequently leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training sessions to ensure successful adoption and proficiency. A critical component of the role involves meticulously documenting model architecture, configurations, and associated processes. This documentation is vital for facilitating knowledge sharing, ensuring model maintainability, and supporting long-term sustainability of the Anaplan solutions. The Anaplan Model Builder will also be tasked with proactively identifying any gaps, potential risks, or inefficiencies in current processes and model performance, and then developing and implementing robust solutions to mitigate these issues. Expertise in supporting bi-directional integrations with key business systems is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who possess experience with systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, UKG, Greenhouse, and Kantata. The role also includes the responsibility of building intuitive and user-friendly dashboards and reports, which are critical for supporting day-to-day operations and informing strategic decision-making across the business.
