📋 Description

• As an Android Engineer at Voize Inc., you will take full ownership of developing and implementing Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building AI companions that free frontline healthcare workers from digital busywork so they can focus on patient care.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include building user-centric features from concept to launch, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into efficient solutions, and participating in the full development lifecycle — including design, testing, iteration based on user feedback, and deployment.
• Voize is a fast-growing, mission-driven startup backed by $50M in Series A funding from leading investors including Balderton Capital, HV Capital, and Y Combinator, serving over 2,000 facilities and 200,000 users who rely on its AI companion to reduce administrative burden in healthcare settings.
• In this role, you will grow technically and professionally by mastering modern Android development practices, deepening your expertise in Kotlin, Compose, CI/CD, and reactive programming with Flow, while making a tangible social impact in healthcare through technology that amplifies human potential rather than replacing it.
