📋 Description
- • ICF International is seeking an Angular Front‑End Developer to support a Department of Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) project focused on application modernization in the Azure Cloud. This role performs hands‑on technical work as part of a project team and follows established development standards, processes, and direction.
- • Day‑to‑day responsibilities include performing front‑end development tasks using Angular, participating in full life‑cycle software development activities, conducting code reviews, implementing unit and integration tests, identifying and recommending technical improvements, applying analytical skills to support development tasks and problem resolution, supporting assigned initiatives, contributing to project deliverables, following documented ICF development, security, and quality standards, demonstrating willingness to learn new tools and technologies, working effectively in a remote environment, and owning assigned tasks or components of larger projects with oversight and review.
- • The team is part of ICF’s technology services division, supporting federal government modernization efforts with a focus on secure, scalable cloud‑based solutions. ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider that combines expertise with cutting‑edge technology to help clients solve complex challenges, navigate change, and shape the future.
- • The person in this role can deepen expertise in Angular and modern front‑end practices, gain experience with Azure Cloud, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps in a federal contracting environment, and grow into more advanced technical or leadership positions through hands‑on project ownership and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of front‑end development experience using frameworks such as Angular or React (Angular preferred)
- • 3+ years of experience writing and debugging SQL queries and supporting applications that integrate with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
- • 2+ years of experience working with REST APIs
- • 2+ years of experience working within Agile/Scrum teams, including participation in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives
- • 2+ years of experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
- • U.S. citizenship required (per federal government contract requirements)
- • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- • Must reside in and perform work within the United States
