  • • As an APAC Account Manager at SEON Technologies Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding global businesses against fraud and financial crime by managing and growing strategic customer relationships across the Asia-Pacific region. Your work directly contributes to SEON’s mission of enabling companies to reduce fraud by up to 95% and achieve exceptional ROI through its advanced, real-time fraud prevention and AML compliance platform.
  • • You will be responsible for owning and managing a portfolio of existing customers in the APAC region, driving retention, renewals, and revenue expansion through proactive engagement, strategic account planning, and solution-led conversations that align with clients’ evolving fraud, risk, and compliance needs.
  • • Day-to-day, you will lead all commercial discussions including contract renewals, upsells, cross-sells, pricing negotiations, and service expansions, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and SEON’s fraud prevention and AML solutions.
  • • You will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across key functions such as Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Payments, Product, and Operations, acting as a trusted advisor who understands both technical and business challenges in digital financial ecosystems.
  • • You will develop and execute detailed account plans that include retention milestones, expansion opportunities, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies, while proactively identifying growth areas and potential churn signals.
  • • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Solutions Engineering, Fraud Consulting, and Technical Services to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing value realization for customers, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • • You will stay current on emerging trends in digital fraud, risk management, and AML regulations, leveraging this domain knowledge to provide strategic insights to customers and strengthen executive-level engagement.
  • • You will operate from SEON’s Jakarta office with the flexibility of a hybrid work model, and be prepared to travel across the APAC region (up to 20%) for customer visits, internal alignment, and industry events.
  • • You will join a high-performing, globally distributed team of specialists in payments, risk, and fraud technology, where innovation, ownership, and customer impact are deeply valued, and where your contributions will directly influence both customer success and SEON’s strategic direction in APAC.
  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in fraud prevention and AML compliance while developing advanced skills in enterprise account management, strategic negotiation, and cross-functional leadership within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a similar customer-facing role with commercial ownership within SaaS, fintech, payments, or fraud prevention industries.
  • • Proven track record of achieving renewals, retention, and revenue expansion across an APAC customer portfolio, including experience managing accounts outside of Indonesia.
  • • Solid understanding of fraud prevention, risk management, or payments ecosystems is strongly preferred, with the ability to speak confidently about industry trends and challenges.
  • • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and build trust with senior and executive-level customers.
  • • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver cohesive customer solutions.
  • • Willingness and ability to travel across the APAC region as required (up to 20%) for customer engagement and internal alignment.
